Le Plessis, March 21, 2007

CS announces the signature in Ireland of a contract with the NRA (National Road Authority) for the installation and the operation of a Toll Free Flow system on the ring of Dublin (M50).

It is the first operational integration of a complete Free Flow system in Europe after the experimentation of Stockholm. Faced among competition that represented the largest integrators and operators in the field of Intelligent Transport, CS wins this project in partnership with Sanef.

For this project of 113 M€ overall amount, CS and Sanef created a common company in Ireland, BetEire Flow.

The project includes a phase of design and installation period of 1½ years and a system operation period of 6.5 years, initially. BetEire Flow will also provide an initial supply of 250000 GSS/A1 Tags.

"After the CS success on the American continent with the project of Golden Ears Bridge in Vancouver at the end of 2006, this new reference in the field of Free Flow systems confirms the recognition of ITS actors in the market of CS know-how for the design, integration and operation of complex systems in the field of the Intelligent Transport…" said Eric Blanc-Garin, Chief Executive Officer of the CS group.
